Give your movement practice a clear rhythm. The Eight-Week Chassis Calendar is the focus of this program: a small daily mission, repeatable check-ins, and a path from supported foundations to the activity that matters to you.
Read the eight-week progression here for free. The original calendar and tracker remain private. Guided coaching is a separate service; price, start dates, and delivery details will be confirmed before enrollment.

Open this technique02 / WEEKS 3–4
Explore right-side contacts from foot to pelvis to the rear rail. Develop the demonstrated sidelying version toward supported standing when useful.
Open this technique03 / WEEKS 5–6
Explore the complementary left-side options. Keep useful right-side choices available while developing entry, support, and exit on the left.
Open this technique04 / WEEKS 7–8
Practice transitions, rotation, balance, and suitable loading. Connect the work to daily movement, strength, sport, or your individual goal.

Find the contacts and learn the demonstrated position with manageable effort.
Keep useful contacts while breathing and adding a little effort.
Repeat the same baseline and record what changed.
Change one demand: support, leverage, range, load, or complexity.
Explore leaving the position and carrying the option into movement.
Retest and choose whether to continue, simplify, repeat, or progress.
DAY 7 / DAY 14 / REVIEW
Use the Practice Lab to review your response, explore original MWK diagrams, and test your understanding with three short quizzes.

Select the references relevant to the technique you have been taught: Home Base, foot contacts, hamstrings, pelvis contact, rear rail, movement progression, comfortable pressure control, and a retest. You do not have to force every item into every session.
Rear rail is the calendar’s cue for the posterior thoracic region between the medial border of the shoulder blade and the spine. Name the actual contact or awareness reference in the demonstration.
Record grounding and control on the calendar’s 0–5 self-report scale, note effort, and write what changed. Use the weekly tracker for contacts, stack, and side support. These ratings describe your experience; they are not diagnostic measures.
Begin with a meaningful activity and a repeatable baseline. Use the demonstrated version and agreed dose. Keep the preparation that helps, preserve useful training, and review whether a change carries into your goal task. Eight weeks gives the practice structure; it does not promise a particular result.
Keep your daily missions and weekly check-ins beside your practice.
